As an upgrade to the M16-A1, the A2 boasts a more tailored grip and fore grip. In addition to the EG1000 motor, the A2 boasts a slew (more than the A1) of metal parts, including barrel assembly with front sight, rear sight, magazine, trigger, bolt flap, magazine release button, T charging handle and firing selector. For authenticity's sake, the dust cover springs open when you pull the charging handle - just like on the real steel!
