Hard foam popper bodies that are split on the bottom so they are easy to glue onto a Hook. Glue the body onto the hook using ZAP Goo or, if you have time to let it dry overnight, you can use Aquaseal. There are limitless possibilitis with these foam heads. They also do well with permanent marking pens.
